About Park Model Custom Homes

Park Model Custom Homes is a Division of Simplex Industries Incorporated. Simplex is a three decade old modular home company established in 1971 that is as technologically advanced and financially sound as the homes we build.

You may have seen us featured on national television shows such as Bob Vila’s Home Again. Bob toured our facility and over the course of a season followed the construction of a luxury Simplex modular home.

Many of the advances in construction originated in our headquarters and climate controlled production facilities in Scranton, Pennsylvania.

Scranton provides us with a unique location with access to a highly skilled, highly trained motivated workforce. Our Northeastern Pennsylvania location allows us to quickly and efficiently build and transport your dream park model to your RV or campground site.

Simplex has decided to expand it’s market position and enter the exciting and growth oriented Park Model industry. Simplex’s newest division, Park Model Custom Homes, will offer the same custom approach to the park model industry as it currently does with the modular home industry.
